- Will accommodate 14-15 comfortably, with 5 sleeping areas: 1 California King, 2 Twin beds, 1 Double bed, 2 Full size sofa hideaway beds, 3 bunk beds, 1 rollaway bed and portable baby crib.
- Hardwood, carpet and tile floors on main level.Ceiling fans and wood burning fireplace (complementary wood)
- Cable TV with DVD playerEmergency phone
- 3 large wrap around decks for your enjoyment; main deck overlooks cascading water fall and has a 4 seat high table with umbrella. Wicker sofa, 2 wicker chairs and table. Gas Grill.
- Lower basement level has a built in bar, a new regulation pool table and a large cable TV. A separate large children’s play area, great for smaller ones.
- Separate Studio sleep area located above garage. 3 bunk beds, sofa and cable TV. GREAT for older kids!
- 1st Floor-Main Area:
- Full size bath, Master bedroom with California King size bed. Sliding glass doors leading to side deck.
- Kitchen is fully equipped, with stove, fridge/freezer, dishwasher etc. Cabinets stocked with cookware, dinnerware, silverware, glasses etc. Kitchen has a high top breakfast table with 4 stools. Double glass doors overlooking the Valley and FABULOUS Smokey Mountain view.
- Dining Room features Large Elegant Dining Table which will seat 8 with table leaf. The dining area also has double glass doors to the deck and shares the same magnificent view.
- A Large natural stone, wood burning fireplace is located in the living room with leather sofa, and 3 armchairs, coffee table and a 36inch cableTV and DVD player.
- 2nd Floor:
- Full size bath, 1 bedroom with twin beds,1 bedroom with twin bed and trundle which will convert into a double.
- Double glass doors opening onto a private balcony with a fabulous view of the mountains. 2nd floor is fully carpeted.
- Lower Level (Basement-Rec. Room):
- Washer, Dryer, Full Size bathroom
- Regulation Pool table,32 inch cable TV with DVD player, Built in bar,play area for smaller children.
- Sofa with 2 armchairs. Windows with mountain view. Single doorway leading to lower deck with very large Hot Tub
- Waterfall and fish pond. Stairway to outer deck with covered swing sofa and 2 chairs, leading to front yard and wooded lot.
